		<description><![CDATA[You&#039;ve nailed it on the software development side.  No longer does it make sense to shut the books on an old version of the software, hole up for 6 months and code away and then launch a new &quot;ta-da!&quot; version.  

Incremental changes and updates ensure that you don&#039;t alienate anyone and that you are constantly (weekly, monthly) delivering a better product.
