In this video: I discuss why I’m no longer going to try and define Services 2.0. I will continue talking about how you should be delivering services to business. However, I’m dropping the ’2.0′ moniker.

Everyone is talking about Web 2.0. I think that there is also Services 2.0. Business to business services delivered with web 2.0 technology, people, and process. Aggregating many small customers (under 5 person offices) and filling gaps in their business processes with transactional services provided as they need them.
